Are only Indian breed cows go mata?

As far as I know Srila Prabhupada readily accepted milk from all breeds of cows. But, some spiritual teachers say only indigenous indian cow breeds are go–mata. Foreign breeds are from Raksasas. Is this correct? If so should we not rear and drink milk of foreign breeds?
