How is the Supersoul in the heart different from the Lord in every atom?

In every particle, Kshirodakshai Vishnu is present, which means every particle(cell) of our body is having Kshirodakshayi Vishnu. We also say, Krsna in Vishnu form(paramatma) is present in our heart.

Every small part of our heart contains Kshirodakshayi Vishnu & inside of the heart is also Vishnu(Paramatma).My doubt is- How Kshirodakshayi Vishnu is different from this Vishnu as parmatma?
