If a devotee friend of ours is criticizing other devotees what should we do at that time ?

How can we process criticism without feeling hurt?

If we are criticized, should we neglect it or try to correct ourselves?

If I feel fearful because others keep reminding me of my past mistakes what to do?

If others misjudge us what should we do?
