What is the higher taste for jnanis?

How can “sthita dhir muni” refer to jnani, yogi also? Because ultimately as given in 2.60 these people can not have contol over their senses and fall down because of lack of Krishna Consciousness taste? So is sthita dhir muni only referring to practicing stage and not of perfection stage?
In 2.60 can you please explain – what is param drstva for a jnani – which higher taste he is getting? Is it the same as the “tustah” of the 2.55.
