Why Srila Prabhupad is using “the Lord’s not forgetting” as proof for his having transcendental body?

We forget even in this body also. It is not required to change body to forget something. Then why Srila Prabhupad is using “Not changing body” as proof for Lord having transcendental body (BG 4.5)
